How do I place an order?
Add your equipment to the cart directly on our online store and follow the secure payment steps. For any professional order (studio, gym, wellness center), contact us via our B2B quote form to benefit from dedicated prices and conditions.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and offer payment facilities in several installments depending on the amount. Professional orders can be paid by bank transfer.
What are the delivery times?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the product ordered. For metropolitan France, generally allow 5 to 15 working days. For international deliveries, delivery times are communicated upon order confirmation. We send you a tracking number as soon as the order is shipped.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, Pilatesee™ delivers throughout Europe and internationally.
Most of our machines are delivered pre-assembled. You will only need to install a few elements (pulleys, shoulder rests, straps) by following the installation guide included in the package. Full assembly takes approximately 20 to 30 minutes.
Is there an installation guide?
Yes, a step-by-step illustrated guide is provided with each machine. Video tutorials are also available on our website to assist you.
Can I return my equipment?
You have 30 days after receipt to contact us in case of a problem. Returns are accepted for unused products, in their original packaging. Return shipping costs for large machines may be the customer's responsibility — we advise you to contact us before any return to find the best solution.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Report any visible damage within 48 hours of receipt by contacting us by email with photos or videos. We will arrange for replacement or refund as soon as possible.
Do you offer rates for studios and professionals?
Yes. Pilatesee™ offers dedicated solutions for Pilates studios, rehabilitation centers, gyms, and wellness spaces: sliding scale pricing based on quantity, customization options, on-site delivery and installation. Contact us via our professional quote form.
Can I order several machines to equip my studio?
Absolutely. We are accustomed to equipping entire studios. Each project is handled individually with a dedicated contact person.
Do I need to be experienced to use a reformer?
No. Our reformers are suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners. The resistance and positioning settings allow you to progress at your own pace, alone or with an instructor.
Is the reformer suitable for rehabilitation?
Yes, the Pilates reformer is often recommended for muscle or postural rehabilitation. However, we recommend practicing under the supervision of a healthcare professional or certified instructor in case of injury.
